Our Founder-  Ms. Mireya

With Native American heritage and a lifelong connection to the Earth, Mireya's passion for natural medicine has always been part of her. Drawn more to books and scientific research than to crowds, she has dedicated her life to expanding her herbal knowledge.

Before founding her own practice, Mireya immersed herself in countless hands-on programs, from educational herb walks and wellness conferences, to Natural Supplement training. She managed the Vitamins & Supplements department at a natural health food store in California (becoming the youngest manager in the company's history) and completed over 3,500 hours of formal training through the Heart of Herb's Master Clinical Herbalist Program. She is currently working on publishing her own Materia Medica Herbal book and being registered with the American Herbalism Guild. Her background in horticulture and herbal formulation has shaped her into an experienced, hands-on practitioner dedicated to addressing the root causes of illness and supporting each client's unique path to wellness.

Mireya blends ancient plant wisdom with modern technology to create innovative herbal formulations. She considers it a privilege to be part of someone's healing journey and is passionate about advancing how herbal remedies are crafted and understood.

In addition to her herbal experience, Mireya is a certified yoga instructor with over 8 years experience teaching yoga, pole dance, aerial arts, and contortion. She has worked with a wide range of clients, from children to the elderly, and from beginners to those rehabilitating after physical injury. Using movement as a powerful tool for healing in combination with herbal medicine. Her approach integrates body and mind, she has studied meditation under a Buddhist monk in the South American jungle, is educated in psychotherapy and psychedelic medicine, and is experienced in hypnotherapy techniques that help to rewire the brain and create deep cellular-level change.

Her expertise is also deeply personal. Having overcome opioid and alcohol addiction, severe anxiety and depression, eczema, anemia and other serious health challenges, Mireya knows firsthand the struggles her clients face. These experiences fuel her empathy and her mission to help other reclaim their health. She believes healing begins from within and that laughter, along with the world's most healing plants, are often the most overlooked medicines.
